You are part of the 1% . And you never got a paycheck in the private sector. Lived on welfare till you were 40 then became a politician and found a new way to get paid off the backs of tax payers

Yes that is the problem with democracy. The 99% can always vote to steal from the 1%. America was established as a republic rather than a democracy to prevent this. Unfortunately, most of the constitutional safeguards designed to protect individual rights have been lost!
-
It’s not about stealing wealth from the wealthy. It’s about protecting the average American from exploitation. It’s about making sure we have an equal minimum state of living. It’s about putting the power back in the hands of the people, not the few.
-
Using the power of government to take stuff that belongs to other people, that you did not earn, for your private benefit, is the moral equivalent of theft.
-
Paying people less than they are worth is theft. The gov shouldn’t take tons from the 1%. They took on the risk so they deserve the reward. However you can’t let a system like that go without regulation because the wealth consolidates at the top and leaves the rest with nothin
-
In a free market people are paid what they are worth. The problem is that people want to use the power of government to force other people to pay them more than they are worth.
-
This would be true, if you took human error out of a capitalist system. The problem is, is if business simply refuse to pay less than what someone is worth, people will still have to take those jobs because people have to eat. The worker doesn’t have power in that situation.

Decide not refuse*

How is this guy not the front runner?
-
Because while he has a lot of good words, that's not enough. I'm not a fan of what I've seen of his actions.
-
Which actions?
-
No answer speaks volumes. Those Hilary supporters live to blame Bernie for inability to connect with voters.
