Ban all guns

What about hunting?
-
Here in Australia, with vigorous gun laws - it’s still possible to buy guns for hunting. Takes a little while, but plenty of people, including my in-laws, have a licence for hunting. Not as big a deal as you’d think.

I’d rather not have to ask permission to exercise a right of mine, thank you.
-
I would rather not get shot when i go to school thank you
-
Not to mention the fact that stricter gun laws will only make America that much more dangerous. Look up how effective the prohibition was.
-
there has been a single mass shooting in australia since their assault weapon ban after port arthur (1996) where as this year there have been more shootings than days have passed in the us? tell me—how would tougher gun laws make america more dangerous?
