It was over the course of @SpeakerPelosi‘s tenure that Congress effectively abandoned spending on affordable housing while doubling down on military spending.
That’s just one among many reasons why we’re running #ShahidVsPelosi to replace her in 2020.https://shahidforchange.us/issues/

Where does the Constitution delegate the power to Congress to legislate on "Affordable housing"? Nowhere. Therefore no such power exists.
-
Take a case to the Supreme Court &they will decide against your claim.

Or you can read the Constitution.

The Constitution makes the Supreme Court the “Supreme” arbiter of of what is constitutional in the United States. You can take my word for it, “Or you can read the Constitution.”

SCOTUS decisions have no rank as "law" let alone a supreme Law like the Constitution. SCOTUS themselves have recognized this. Now you have too. We must fight constitutional illiteracy.https://twitter.com/CONSMILITIA/status/892169469182828544 …

They don’t make laws. I already knew that was the function of Congress & legislatures not the SC. The Supreme Court determines if laws are constitutional.

"Affordable" as in Affordable Care Act aka Obama Care? That plan drove up the cost of health care by over-regulating, making it less affordable. There's always "unintended" consequences when the gov't butts in.

It put a cap on what Medicare would pay for on services. Doctors that wanted more money for their services simply stopped taking Medicare.
