I think you should put out a plan to allow these fossil fuel workers access to new (and better paying) jobs or school (either college or trade school) so they can learn a new skill without going into debt and risking the wellbeing of themselves and their families.

Amazing that this is the first I heard about this. I thought our current POTUS was all about that coal and the miners helping it get to us... Weird that I haven't seen a tweet by him about this coming through... His corporate masters probably wouldn't like that.
