I'm ready for
#MedicareforAll - medical, mental health, dental, pharma, eye care in a single-payer system will be such a relief. -
Sounds like heaven. Your health completely in the hands of politicians and bureaucrats. Utopia!
-
Who do you think controls it now? Certainly not the patient.
-
Correct, not the patient and often not the doctor. You look to be ex USAF, me too. I’m afraid the Medicare for all will be like a nation of chow hall quality medicine.

$8000 for my 30 day supply of MS medication (That’s also with a discount). And some people's medications can cost up to $30,000 and more a month for MS medication. It’s fucking ridiculous

Just lost Medicaid because we make “too much” money. My husband and I both have serious pre-existing conditions requiring medication. Health care is a right!
-
Government universal healthcare here in Canada is free for everyone including new immigrants , also if you have pre-existing conditions it's covered !
-
I’m close enough to BC, it’s seriously tempting
-
Do it.
-
I like Squamish
-
I don't know what that is...
-
It’s a small town on the coast of BC

-
Oh okay! I have been to Kelowna, Penticton, and Princeton.

Why OUR government does not negotiate drug prices with big pharma like they do in Europe and throughout the world is beyond words. This puts the health of Americans of all ages at risk.
-
It's not even that our government negotiates the prices of prescription drugs, the state pays for it, we have literally 0€ to pay for this kind of treatment.
