As president, I will implement a simple process: If you are a citizen 18 years or older, you are eligible to vote. End of discussion.

I can agree of ending gerrymandering, but I think reforming the electoral college would be better than outright abolishing it. Having the popular vote in each congressional election equal to one electoral vote, and the popular vote in each state equal to two electoral votes.
