You've been in Congress for 30 years. You're the establishment. But I admire the creativity in explaining away your lack of accomplishments with, "Actually, if you have accomplishments, it's because you're corrupt."

I remember when he took a private jet to Rome to stalk the Pope, while dining on lobster sliders. That’s wealthy establishment if I ever saw it.
-
And took 22 of his closest family members with him!

Bernie Sanders, you said yourself you're not a Democrat. The only time you need Democrats is when it benefit you. That's not leadership, that's selfishness. You disrespected every Democratic President since Kennedy. You derailed Democrats since 1991. What have you achieved?
-
Only partisan hacks rather support the gaslighters and flip-floppers of the dem establishment instead of the most consistent progressive candidate that is Sanders. Any blue won't do.
-
This is exactly why Bernie is getting push back from Hillary supporters who knew this all along. The guy isn't the messiah & for him to get so far w/o getting exposed on multiple issues from tax returns to hypocrisy, sets women back & gives tacit approval to White Male Supremacy.

So...you are retweeting an article that attacks the party of which you want the nomination of. Instead of being 100% focused on Trump's ills. Cool, cool. *rolls eyes*
-
Factually reporting what Neera Tanden, David Brock and Pete Buttigieg are doing now qualifies as an “attack?” Where did you learn that rhetorical sophistry? Donald Trump?
-
This thing where criticizing the Democratic establishment while working to reform the Democratic Party is seen as some kind of hypocrisy is nothing more than “America, love it or leave it” propaganda at the political party level. How dare anyone want to improve the party?
-
Start your own party, or join fully by clicking x on the voter registration. Otherwise all of this is low key spiteful crud.
-
Because our system is totally built for third parties to have a fair shake, right? If we were not stuck in this endless loop of Republican/Democrat, I'd agree with you, but reforming the major parties is the only viable option at this point.
-
I like how its the Dem party that must be reformed- the party with active women and minorities. Reformed for who?
#WeSeeYou -
We would like to see Dem party reformed so minority women like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Rashida Tlaib and Ilhan Omar are free to speak their minds and the party doesn’t pile onto the Conservative bandwagon to crush them for going off script.

Excuse me, Senator. Can you kindly explain how this kind of grievance-heavy rhetoric differs from what President
@realDonaldTrump deploys so regularly? I don’t mean his usual racist stuff, sir. Do you have any plan to win those folks over or is 2020 “base or bust” for you? -
The difference is powerful interests are actually trying to stop him unlike the phantoms Trump creates to get sympathy from his base.
-

Weren't you just crowing about unity, like, five minutes ago?
-
unity has to go both ways to work
-
True that. Can we get just a little coming our way?
-
he's been showing unity since he announced he was running. that hasn't stopped democratic leadership and party insiders smearing him every way they can.
-
Give me one example of Democratic leadership smearing him.
-
By "showing unity," do you mean like when he hired a bunch of internet trolls who've been smearing his competitors before admitting they were actively working on his campaign?
-
Senator Claire McCaskill of Missouri put it: “One thing we have now that we didn’t in ’16 is the uniting force of Trump. There will be tremendous pressure on Bernie & his followers to fall in line because of what Trump represents.” - Tell me where that says "Democracy" & "Unity"?
