Yeah I agree. We need to do away with it. Our Government kills people, that kills people to show other people that killing is wrong.

i mean, it convinces people to not kill others, does it not? if people only got thrown in prison after ruthlessly murdering someone they'd been targeting. a jail cell with food and shelter is not as bad of a punishment to them.
