The company responsible for that horrific live export footage, Emanuel Exports, has been killing sheep in appalling conditions on its boats for years, and no one's done a damn thing about ithttps://www.crikey.com.au/2018/04/09/live-export-cruelty-a-years-long-horror-story-ignored-by-regulators/ …

Really? Seems they aren’t fussy who they give awards to. What a slap in the face. He needs to be prosecuted for animal cruelty. Send him to jail. Set an example.

We are judged by the way we treat our animals - cruelty to animals should incurr a long jail sentence for each and every director or owner of a business - no negotiable!

I have never understood the ‘live export’ trade. Not only is the transportation process horrendously cruel & wasteful, but delivery is arguably worse. Plus we lose on all the value-add and extra jobs along the way. Utter MADNESS #Auspol #LIveExport #animalcruelty #duopolyfail

Yes, and contrary to Littleprouds claims, farmers don’t give a rats ring about their animals once they leave the farm gate, if they did it would stop. If their livelihood depends on this hideous trade they need a new business model #BanLiveExports #auspol

It's not just the transport. It's also what happens to the animal when they arrive. It's a national disgrace!

It is possible to care about many things at the same time. You are whatabouting, which is a common derailing technique. What are YOU doing about any of the concerns you have raised, apart from opportunistically using them to deflect debate away from #LIveExport ?

The Greens go where others fear to tread. Lee Rhiannon tried to introduce a bill to ban live exports last year, supported by meatworker union officials and a whistleblower vet.http://greens.org.au/live-export
