"The only ones responsible are the perpetrators." That's b.s. A fully grown woman should understand that sexual abuse and harassment is completely ILLEGAL! They should have gathered evidence and outed him.

I want you to read that again and see where you went wrong.

Women need to be stronger and fix the problem instead of being silent and expecting men to defend them. I was arrested and nearly charged and sued for speaking up. If you stay silent, you are part of the problem, you aren't solving it. GROW UP AND BE A WOMAN not a little girl.

Please watch 730 tonight for a deeper understanding of women's responses to such issues. Of the hundreds of women I have spoken to, around half did lodge formal complaints with their employers.

All kudos to women who have the guts to report abuse, name names and challenge the powerful - which is what is happening here
- but that does not make anyone responsible except the perp. -
Women are a huge part of the problem. Not many are ambitious and in positions of power. There are mothers who raise entitled disrespectful men. There are religions that teach that women should be submissive. Many women are naive, have no confidence and self-respect.

Cracking article Ms. Spicer. Thanks for your work. I hope perpetrators face justice and victims find peace through this.

The entire system works this way. It doesn't matter whether it's sexual harassment, protection of wrongdoers in banking or corruption in environmental management. If you don't go along with it or remain silent, you're not a 'team player'.

"So far more than 500 women have come forward, naming 65 men" A pattern -not just 2 people remembering a single incident in different ways

Great work Tracey Spicer and the media behind you, Police too. Burke interview with Tracey Grimshaw riveting too. Psychologists dream, good training video. Fascinating see him blatantly denying, downplaying, deflecting. Himself the victim!

Yes it’s the repetitious world of the ‘Aussie-white-man’s-boys-club’ It’s in EVERY industry. Look into the medical industry with GP’s then you might fall off your chair. Females aren’t surprised.
