        I've always been baffled at the company tax cuts and penalty rate cuts discussions because they always implied a level of altruism on behalf of businesses that simply doesn't exist.

        From what I have been reading it hasn't worked anywhere it has been used. Only the rich benefit, while the working poor suffer so much more deprivation. And that worked out well for King Louis XVI, didn't it!
