        How? No one applied for NZ c'ship. His father was never a NZ citizen and left NZ while still a British subject before AUS/NZ c'ship existed.

        Now that he knows he should step down. S.44 of Constitution refers to "entitled". His heritage made him "entitled" to be citizen of NZ.
