If their policy is to legislate for them regardless of what the Commission says, was there much of a need?

take it out of the hands of the FWC and next time Libs get in they will repeal them straight away. Safer with FWC.

I agree - I'm all for an independent arbiter. But if they choose legislation as their mechanism, it's consistent.
