@BernardKeane I love them too, taught me how to poach an egg. Roast chicken... I'm utterly hopeless. I fear under-cooking so always too dry! -
@BrinAnniwell nah it's dead easy - just steeple in boiled stock/water for a couple hours before roasting - will stay moist while skin bakes -
