        @BernardKeane are you saying other global cities don't have these choke points? I'd argue NYC and San Francisco are just as vulnerable.

        @ShaunRatcliff @BernardKeane Not to the same extent. Even when the Bay Bridge closed in 2009, SFO handled okay. Telecommuting helped.
