@BernardKeane I don't dispute that; what I'd like to see is disciplined govts taking into account int. rule of law when implementing policy
@briggses and I'd like to see transnationals not being able to play litigation lottery when govts implement sound public policy.
@BernardKeane I agree, but thats why treaties should protect good policy, not have blanket bans on ISDS (which hold bad govts to account)
@briggses as the multinational tax debate shows, when it comes to the power balance between transnationals & govts, the former are way ahead
