Surely the "last thing you want to see" is more young people dying because policymakers are too stupid or gutless or simply don't give a shit enough to accept logic and evidence about pill-testing. But evidently not. So more young people will die needlessly.https://twitter.com/SkyNewsAust/status/1041883006409953281 …

NSW Premier @GladysB: Pill testing doesn’t guarantee the safety of a drug. And what might be safe for one person may not be safe for another person. The last thing we would want to see is people getting a false sense of security. MORE: https://bit.ly/2NPjkRz  #newsday pic.twitter.com/dolHmqRdpW

Gladys B is correct if the drugs were not harmful and had no effect on drug takers they would not have any interest in taking them, even prescription drugs can be harmful if the use is abused.

Young people will die for thier own needlessly drug use, that's not the Governments fault, drug testing indicates acceptance that drug use is legal,it's not. Ur logic is ridiculous & only supports to encourage drug use burdening future mental health issues & health system overflow

If they cared about safety of the drug they'd be regulating and taxing it to ensure people know what they're buying. right now they make no impact on drug use and just provide illicit profits to drug dealers. plus the danger of backyard drug labs and substituted ingredients

So your argument is,let the government make drugs for the youth to become the next generation of brain fucked, drug dependant burden on the health http://system.No  matter what the government do,people will always take drugs,& idiots will OD or die.Personal choices n actions

what's clear is that the current approach makes the problem worse and doesn't stop anyone getting drugs whereas jurisdictions that have tried decrminalisation and regulation on some drugs are reporting resounding success.

Check those facts with the amount of deaths from over doses & deaths from drug use overseas that still occurs with those regulations you talk abt,it doesn't change drug use or deaths with testing,as majority do not use the system of testing.Diverting from drug use is only way

Not forgetting that women make up only around 17% of medical test groups are women. And women and men’s bodies are different structurally, hormonally. Always ask how many women were in a test group!
