Having stopped illegal migration, it’s legal migration that the government must now urgently get back under control. You can read the full article at: http://tonyabbott.com.au/2018/07/must-urgently-take-back-control-migration/ …

If he keeps this up, they'll certainly "come after him"... hopefully... And if not, I hope those in white coats go after him.

I don’t usually agree with Dutton’s policy of deporting undesirables who came here as child migrants, but in the case of Abbott it would be best for the country if he was deported to the UK asap #auspol

A gloriously independent, closed border Brexit Britain would surely be Tony’s nirvana? Happy to refund him the tenner.

I cannot decide if he is incomprehensibly stupid or arrogantly mendacious - what amount of hubris is required to be fully aware of your own heritage but state that others don't deserve the same opportunity? The same pseudo-government that announced the end of entitlement?

Loretta you always miss the main point. Of course migrants should have that right. The point is that more empathy from migrants about other migrants would seem logical. See?

Empathy is for women minding babies. It's not good for running a country surrounded by billions of people in far shittier countries, the vast majority of whom would love to come here and change it all. Immigration should be self-serving and exclusionary, or 99% of it anyhow.

It’s sometimes the case and particularly with migrants from that country in my experience. Remember that Scottish PMs words.
