I agree whole heartedly. Good article. What bothers me though is the fact that they are even in the hunt, poll wise. Are the voters that stupid, ignorant or just as bad? OR are Labor also a shitty option?

I guess the point I'm trying to make is; They are one of the most incompetent governments we've had and yet these polls show that a very large portion of the Aus public are behind them. WTAF? The poll should be 30/70 to Labor. I don't understand is all.
-
I agree. Polls should be much better for Labor. However when you have every media outlet fawning over their mate Turnbull & not reporting the crap the LNP are really doing - these are the poll results you get, sadly.

Pity, we all had such high hopes and how this clown has totally thrashed those hopes. Say goodbye forever at the next election, that drovers dog is looking good.

Exactly so Mr Keane. So depressing to see people hoodwinked by Turnbull silver tongue. I keep wondering how he will handle defeat at election. Last time got drunk and nasty, when thought he had lost. Keep holding him and them to account.

Paul Keating was right describing Malcolm
back in 2008 when he became the leader of the opposition he said & I quote; Turnbull was brilliant, second, that Turnbull was utterly fearless, but "Turnbull has no judgment."
Keating would be feeling vindicated after all these years! -
Personally I think Keating was wrong. On the first two assessments anyway. No sign of brilliance of fearlessness these days anyway. Just craven self-interest and constant hypocrisy to further his own interests.
-
Yes, I too was taken back with the first 2 assessments, but I believe that was more to do with their relationship & Turnbull’s dream of joining the
#Labor Party in the 90's. Apparently Turnbull had asked Paul Keating on several occasions about securing a safe seat in parliament!

Which is why the My Health Record thing has a good chance of being a flopperooni. And will poison trust in govt for years. Another
