        That makes more sense than people might realise. After all just look at Telstra. Why do they invest in loss making regional towers? Because they believe it gives them an advantage. If they didn't think it would they wouldn't care for the most part.

        Companies only spend money when they think it'll give them an advantage. Pay higher wages to CSR workers, workers become happy, they give good service, company can say they have the best customer service for example.
