Hey Mitch. Time for another complaint, eh? Them lefties at the ABC telling more Labor lies that the Libs want to sell the public broadcaster. And all because your national conference voted overwhelmingly in favour of doing so. Clearly fake news, just like "no cuts to the ABC".

They won’t privatise the ABC atm because it isn’t politically expedient.... but this is their long term vision. Australia be alert, be aware, be very afraid.

This lying Lib has a forked tongue and is lower than a snakes belly! To keep accusing Labor of lying when they unanimously agreed to this at Liberal meeting beggars belief!!!

@SenatorFifield Hey Mitch, how come you didn’t speak against the motion during the "debate"? Did anyone else in the Government speak against it? Or did your IPA masters tell you how to vote? -
I heard that there was no speech in opposition at all to the motion by the 'wet behind the ears' Young Liberal. Correct me if it was incorrectly reported.

Wasn’t it a unanimous majority? Or was it just a case of not a single conference attendant, including the Prime Minister and the Treasurer, finding the courage to speak up against this party policy?

There will have to be an AFP raid on someone with fictitious kitchen implements next week, to get this off the front pages.

Huge majority sounds like the number of Australians who don't watch the ABC and shouldn't have to fund it.
-
By that “logic” the vast majority of people shouldn’t pay for schools, hospitals, prisons, roads they don’t drive on or no? See how silly your “point” is?

-
Or defence force, police force or emergency services. Privatise the lot, waste of tax payers money
-
They are essential services. The vast amount of what the national broadcaster is not
-
No, they are sacred cows the vast majority never rely on on a regular basis and so by IPA guide lines need privatisation to introduce efficiency and ease the burden on the budget bottom line
