@mngreenall not in a causal sense: pure control in cluster-RCT, so gain is not from others' pain. But, others' pain reduces overall impact..
@mngreenall the honest/rigorous answer is "I don't know," but I think so. Money does a lot for poor HHs and does not hurt richer ones...
