Unfortunately, no. And CMPD rules allow them to refuse to release footage in any event.

If officers were undercover, it’s plausible they didn’t have cameras on. That said, if footage exists, it should be released stat.

Of course. I generally have few issues with CMPD, but their camera policy is just stupid.
