From the title, it sounds like it's potentially a reactionary plea for the return to colonialism - or poisonous nostalgia for it. A possible implication: that the neocolonial model has failed in their view. As is all too common, they don't ponder why there was a switch to it.
Colonialism is despicable.Throughout history, the powerful always wanted to dominate the weak. However, this is no longer the case if the party affected declines to cooperate with the colonial power. The problem with this issue is the internal CORRUPTION of the affected states.
