This is about as Canadian as you can possibly get. At a protest in Quebec city: "A further 23 people were arrested when they failed to follow police orders to disperse later in the day. Officers used tear gas on counter-protesters who were throwing snowballs at them."
I would have loved to see the police counterattack with other snowballs
