Syphon Filter 2 offers the ability to swap between PAL 50HZ and NTSC 60HZ versions in European territories on the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. To make the switch, boot up the game and press Start. Go to Settings - Change Region - Americas (NTSC). Enjoy!
