Yesterday I lifted legs. Crushed it on the angled sled and seated press, ready to go up on weight on both. Then we spent the day moving, and I took about 100 trips up and down the stairs. This was a bad combination.

Babysitting a 4 year old has me convinced that what video games need is “little buddy mode,” where a kid can have a character that just jogs along with you and can help/get their own encouraging score but cannot be harmed

Left shoulder has been consistently nagging me since June. Booked an ortho appointment yesterday, scheduled for Friday Today I have no pain whatsoever. Sigh.

A big mistake I see guys make when trying to build muscle is training like a cross fitter. You don't need circuits, triple drop sets and minimal rest times. You need to train like a bodybuilder. Lift heavy. Get stronger each workout. Sweating ≠ muscle gain
