Any tax cuts are for the wealthy. The rest of us mostly don't pay taxes at all. Seriously, more than half of us pay no federal income tax.

So the half paying income taxes are all wealthy? Admins are attempting to play this as a tax cut for middle class which it is not.

No, the half paying income taxes aren't ALL wealthy, but certainly the higher half of middle class. And that's only where the scale starts.

The fact is, the people paying the vast majority of taxes are wealthy, yeah. Any reasonable tax cut has to be for the ones paying the bulk.

Hubs and I pay 35% + Not complaining. Romney paid about 12%, tRump most likely <than that. That's my complaint.

Congrats on being in the bracket that pays 35%. My family got over 7k of other people's money last year. That's an unfair system.

Romney paid his tax rate for two reasons: one, his greatest source of income is capital gains, and two, he donates millions to charity.
