This bill deserves full support in the Senate and now is the time for President Biden to exert all the influence of his office to get it passed. As for the Senate filibuster standing in the way – it’s time to fix it, or nix it.

The minimum wage should be $23 right now. Twenty. Three. $23. If the minimum wage had increased at the rate of productivity since 1960, it would actually be over $23 right now But it’s just $7.25. That’s almost $16 per hour stolen from the pockets of workers!
