The Florida Supreme Court yesterday removed “fairness” and “diversity” from topics that Florida judges may use to satisfy continuing legal education ethics requirements.
As a member of our Bar (practicing full time and teaching law) I could not disagree with this decision more.

ICYMI: Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said he would sign a six-week abortion ban. Please spread the word so people know how extreme he is. Most people do not even know they are pregnant at 6 weeks and we’ve already seen the damage of such bans in Florida and in surrounding states.

Cold Night Shelters provide guests a warm place to sleep between 6pm and 6am.
