This doesn't seem right. Try clearing your browser cache & cookies, sign out and sign back in to your account to see if there's any difference. Also, please check if it's the same when you're signed in on an alternate browser/incognito window. Keep us posted.

That’s the thing. I’ve sent MULTIPLE reports and nothing has changed.
