If anybody has any legal advice or legal resources for dealing with YouTube's apparently extremely ironclad and draconian suspension process... I need help.

"We did not break the guidelines and here's my supporting evidence. We never received a warning and looking at the channel right now, we have no strikes against our account." "Thank you. We have decided to continue your suspension."

That's it. They don't have to cite anything. Just "Guidelines." No specific video. No specific date. No specific rule. Just a notice that we're dead in the water and they don't care enough to fix it.

The YouTube channel is not the whole of us. We stream on twitch. We're on all three podcast platforms. We have our own website. YouTube is still THE platform for video distribution and we make videos. That's our distribution strategy gone. On a whim.

Again, the YouTube channel is not the whole of us. But it's a big enough chunk of us that we have reformulate our whole distribution strategy and hell, even the type of content we output. This could kill us if we're not clever.

I spent my 20s on this company. I've spent countless thousands. On a whim, a huge chunk of my small business' output has to be... reformatted, redistributed, something.
This is shameful, @TeamYouTube. I will be in touch tomorrow. You have to be accountable to all of us.
