    A3. We encourage our leaders to be explicit about the values guiding their work. One of EdLoC's Third Way values focuses on creating schools we want for all children. We must ensure "all children" includes LGBTQ+ students and we must be explicit about that.

    Population has declined by 100,000 people since Katrina. Today NOLA has 20% residential vacancy citywide & 30% residential vacancy in Central City. The high cost of home ownership in New Orleans is not a supply & demand issue.

    If you share information with parents and listen to the ideas they come up with are always 10 times better that w/o them. One of the ideas today of sharing report card data and state stdt data in one place and explain to parents stdt grade level and standards goals.
