I actively try and discourage naga usage. I've seen many players become utterly reliant on it and it's not at all required. Nothing sadder than hearing someone cant play for weeks because his naga broke
Unbinding Q E and S could be helpful if you just want a few more easy access buttons. Rebind strafe to A & D. I have found it to be pretty comfotrable. Some true madlads hope over to the ESDF cluster but I couldn't get used to it.

I've been ESDFing for years now, best decision I've made WoW-wise. Roughly a hundred times better than WASD!

Nice! I'd require me redoing muscle memory on the keyboard to still hit modifier keys... unless I bound them to the mouse or had that razer keyboard (that I think mike has?) with the thumb modifier keys

I personally have a Logitech mouse with extra side buttons that I rebound to shift. Makes it so much easier to push stuff like shift-F1 through F4 without having to contort my hand into weird angles.

Before I got my naga, I moved my movement keys to ESDF and bound everything to 1-6, WQARTG, and the same with keys with SHIFT. I became so used to it that all of my movement, stun, interrupt, and slow abilities are still bound to WQARTG across all of my classes even today.

While it's still rough for a couple of days if my naga dies (which has only happened once in all my long years using it), I'm able to adapt pretty easily. The ability pruning Blizzard has done in recent years has helped with that.

I unbind A D and X. X is always my interrupt. A is usually some sort of Aoe ie whirlwind multi shot.

I used my mouse buttons to strafe as I couldn’t get used to A and D for strafing as well as using buttons around it for abilities, basically all my movement is from mouse.

I have small hands and use qwes to reduce travel between movement and abilities. I actually used werd for years (vanilla to about 6 months ago). But finally stopped because stretching for shift was an issue.

People should absolutely not be constrained by standard practice and find what's best for them.
