Warfronts are REALLY cool. Largest scale you'll see in WoW - 100s of NPCs. Overall, pretty damn epic!pic.twitter.com/FrSE8ZF9ca

I'm curious about Blizzards 'nearly always win'. That was said in reference to the wider system (that ties into world content availability), but not the actual game mode. Right now is too easy. Editor lost 1 when ally creeps killed Liadrin. More difficulty would be v good.
(all this is to say that I think hard fail vs fail to win is a really interesting topic) Darkest Dungeon is a great example of the latter, as are raids. It can cope with more crushing difficulty yet still be broad in appeal.
That's exactly what I mean. Warfronts will kick you out when you lose, so they have to be straightforward enough for, essentially, an LFR group to reasonably win. All those cool things you can do in them have to be rendered fairly meaningless in the grand scheme overall.
Ah gotcha. I premade difficulty that was balls hard, such that the reactive elements mattered, would be very good. And replayable IF the various events and enemies felt different.
