For me de-emphasising CS windows is a very positive step as it’s a mechanic that I’ve disliked since Cataclysm.

cs window was only relevant until TM got buffed an the baseline CS cd got reduced. Now it's still only about the reset for your first MS after CS. And that first MS after CS is now the MS after OP. Exchange CS with OP. That is BFA.

We’re really dealing with 2 ‘cs’ windows. So 2 charge OP is a resource mechanic that I like. Managing your stuff to line up with CS now is pretty satisfying. Making it baseline frees up the rest of the talents to double down on what’s good about it.

Basically - most Arms gameplay styles felt shit (IMO). Blizzard have taken what can feel good, made it baseline and proceeded onwards from there. IMO that’s a large change.
