New Twitch guidelines seem sensible. They're a private business so they can do what they want, and I'd imagine cutting down on sexualised content is good for business and is more aligned to their company vision.

It's about brand image. You'd see squats for tips on an adult cam site sooner than you'd see art. I imagine that's how they'd draw the line.

The worst part is streamers should control their community. How can a big streamer control his 70k chat? Sure automod helps a lot but there are always ways to use racial slurs for example
