I think that would be good. I see this as a personal responsibility problem in some ways. People want to legislate stuff away so they don't have to be responsible for it. Labeling rates would help people make an informed decision, so good.

I guess what'll really be telling is how smart publishers make these systems. I could see the law getting involved there. Ultimately if they keep on pushing this it's going to burn them.

Well, if Rep. Lee is convinced that an unregulated industry IS preying upon the citizenry (and it sounds like he does) then legislation to regulate that industry and protect people makes sense.
