What it comes down to (and what I said in my final post) is that Legion has a lot of upfront bang at the cost of long-term appeal.
I think that all very well encapsulates the problems from the higher end portion of the player base.

IE the heavily systems driven people. I think the other piece of the puzzle is designing a way out of the non-instanced content problem.

I think that they probably knew they’d lose us (higher end players), but didn’t bet on a lot of collateral going away too.
