Keep seeing people posting about raiding being so hardcore. TBH the actual gameplay is really, really easy. Hard bit is time & effort.

The same happens in Raiding. Even with timers, it cannot account for all variables and awareness points.

They're more divergent cases in PvP - like in PvE you have mods telling you when the thing to react to happens

Same happens in PVP. You have mods telling you what CDs that players have used, and their relevant cooldowns.
