People stopped playing not just because Warcraft doesn't suit them, or the content drove them away. Players are the problem.
@AlternativeChat so more falling into that "casual hardcore" category where raids are nice but are only part of the picture.

@BellularGaming The biggest single problem Blizzard have to deal with is catering to 6.5 million differing play styles. -
@AlternativeChat I think what's most effective is keeping the core RPG elements of dungeons, raids and a big world with lots of stuff in it.
