Take a look into people who have to moderate the same dog torturing video over and over again for days & the PTSD / CPTSD complications. (Should note - I don't use actual facebook, only messenger because it's the norm in NI)

I think that adding a verified official source on an annotation to every post about topics like covid, similar to what youtube does is the answer. Moderating on such a large scale is not gonna work positively using people and ai is still too dumb for the task.

I guess that's tricky when it comes to news outlets who have bias - which is most of em. Turns out that something can be both factual and misrepresentative for broader trugh. ...which gets us back to square one where spin is nigh unmoderatable.
