This is why I tell people to stop targeting devs with malice - they are most likely doing all they can under the circumstances. Imagine getting underpaid to produce one of the greatest games of all time and then have every ounce of your effort spit back in your face.

Just to also touch point here that Amazon has also picked up a few employees from Blizzard VERY recently to work on a new LOTR MMO. I follow one of those employees who left Blizz recently, the same employee was on stage at Blizzcon last year regarding Diablo IV.

Point being options are opening up across the board. I will also point out that one of Amazon's HQ's for game development is... yep you guessed it.. In Irvine, CA.
