I lost 19 kg in less than 90 days. I was 91 kg april 20, now I am 72 kg. I did three main things, control what I eat and when I eat, walk 6 kilometers everyday (especially after big meals) and watch my weight. I thought it was going to be hard. But now when I see the scales:

jumping jacks, the second u get out of bed. as many as u can to get the heart pumping, don't kill yourself. add more as u get better. as long as ur not eating garbage, i promise you'll see results in a month. not the sexiest workout but it's the easiest. good luck!
