Re the context, the entire piece is an ad for the podcast where the original question prompt comes from, and the piece starts by framing that in the market asset talk. Plus the end of that paragraph is that it should have compensation and credit, so their work is fairly valued?

Like different interpretations are fair, but I read the whole piece as a discussion of where the line for credit should be. Like do Riggers deserve to be credited for the work they do which you seem to be saying is art in itself, versus does something like a compiler need credit.
