Okay, this week i'll implement... BelluNut ;) I'll go for nuts & blueberries in at noon, and then a good evening meal, targeting 1600-1800 cals per day. Will report back with results!

When I was working construction and on breaks I’d eat a small bag of peanuts and it keep me going till lunch easily.
