It requires programmers to invent new tools, and concepts. Perfecting those tools takes time. Because wow is an MMO, they have to walk a tight rope between new content and quality content. Sometimes they fail. And that’s normal. Understanding that doesn’t make someone a shill.2/2

And that I can understand, but I have no idea how they planned their patch, how much time went to testing new systems etc. Maybe cut some things to deliver a more stable patch? And I def don't agree with the just being complacent when they ask for a subscription fee every month.
