Absolutely, and I think that's the main criticism Blizz is facing here, aside from, well yeah, their stance being questionable to what we conceive as freedom, but some people are not really getting this point.
It's double standards. As much as I like Tali, he isn't objective on this. His emotions are clouding his ability to be objective. LGBTQ+ should be able to show their pride, but if they allow that, Blizzard has to allow others to and that's a very slippery slope. Who curates it?
I guarantee Tali wouldn't feel the same if Mens Rights Activists, PETA activists, Proud Boys, Antifa, anti-abortion activists... etc. starting using it as a platform. If Blizzard allows LGBTQ+ to carry signs, they have to allow Trump supporters to wear MAGA hats.
