There's a fundamental problem with reselling digital goods, since unlike physical goods they don't break/degrade. As you said, this breaks the "supply" side of supply & demand - not good for developers.

I was affiliated with kinguin but saw something that really annoyed me, paying extra for "buyer protect" it says if you do not take it out the buyer is not protected against a dodgy key......and that is wrong

It could signal the end of the massive & steam sales because publishers don't want to sell for 75% off and not get new sales after cause 'used' digital sales from that.
