If I’m to do a news channel, then I cannot selectively avoid negative stories. Unfortunately, they are often the most important things to talk about. The core of it is holding truth to power. So it isn’t there for feel good content.

It’s something that we are aware of though, which is why we’re working on more evergreen topics. They will tend to be a lot more celebratory in nature.

I understand, I just thought I'd mention something since I've watched basically everything you'd made the past year and a half, but noticed I have been skipping a few the past few weeks. I do want to say I really do enjoy your videos though and how you make them. So thank you! :D

I had a hard time putting it into words, but this is also me. Knowing that the news is/will be negative is pushing me away from watching recently.

Our evening news shows tend to end with a story about something upbeat. I think it's a waste of time for a nation news broadcast but it might be worthwhile even on your business channel. 30 seconds on something fun and frivolous. Just a thought.

I don't think you select the negative news I think you see the news and report it the negative news is just what stands out. When there is positive stuff in with the bad you report it but when things go according to plan it's boring and nobody pays attention.

I actually watch your news because you try so valiantly to stay unbiased. I don’t watch the screamo sensational gaming news creators. I appreciate your attempts to get to the truth of the matters at hand calmly even if it is unsavory.
